This agreement is entered into by and between Salt Lake Legal Services, hereinafter referred to as “Provider,” and the Client, hereinafter referred to as “Client.”
Provider agrees to provide legal services to Client in the state of Utah. These services may include but are not limited to legal consultation, representation in court, and legal document preparation.
Client agrees to pay Provider for services rendered at the rate of $X per hour. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Failure to pay may result in legal action.
This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, Client is responsible for payment of any outstanding fees.
Applicable Law
